The site sits just to the south of Dartford town centre, between Lowfield Street and Central Park. The current uses are small scale secondary retailing (although many of the buildings are currently vacant), car parking, small scale industrial and numerous outbuildings. At the northern end of the site is a car park servicing the town centre. This part of the site also falls within the Town Centre Conservation Area. The development proposes a southern extension to the town centre, strengthening connections to the wider environs and flexibility for future new connections to both the north and west of the town centre. A mix of active frontage uses to bring life to Lowfield Street and to Central Park, and enhance the retail offer of Dartford as a centre. Meyer Homes are currently working with Dartford Borough Council to bring forward a residential focused masterplan for the site.

Status: Planning permission granted for 548 new homes and 10,000 square feet of commercial and retail space including a new micro-brewery

Location: Conveniently located moments from Dartford town centre and station
